So this month I bought Armour frozen meatballs, simmered them with pasta sauce, loaded them on fancy rolls with banana peppers and served them with steak fries.
We paired them with Fat Tire New Belgium beer which Matt assures me is a red ale because amber and red ales are the same thing. According to Beer Advocate, that is correct.
