Reuben toasts and Killians Red

In honor of St. Patrick's Day, this month we had Reuben toasts and Killians Red, a pairing we found on the Pints and Plates website.


I served it with Guiness chips as a side and used an alternative to Thousand Island dressing that contained a bit of horseradish that gave it quite a kick!
