April Blueberry Pancakes and Sour Ale

I'm going to be in Thailand April 9-26 so this pairing had to be squeezed in on the night before Easter.  Jody was in town and she thought it was a little ridiculous but she participated.

Matt was busy so I had to pick the beer on my own.  He gave me some suggestions and I headed to Jungle Jim's.  The beer guy there was super helpful which I expressed in my tweet.

I made the bacon in oven which was a first (but not a last).  I added blueberries to my pancake recipe and served them with special Jungle Jim's Toasted Pecan Syrup.
