Even though our calendar has not arrived in the mail yet, I was able to see Mike Canan's Instagram post and know the June pairing is shrimp spring roll and pilsner. We weren't able to find the exact spring rolls so we added shrimp as a side dish.
Our beer was Goose Four Star Pils. Goose Island never fails to impress and was the perfect choice for the pairing.
